Bought some cookies the other day, around 6pm and I asked how to avail the "buy 12 score 4" promo on their screen. The lady said I have to download the app and register to avail the free cookies, so I did. Then she told me to order from the app, I did. Then asked me to wait for a few more minutes 5-10min because she had to bake some of the cookies I ordered, so I waited. When she handed me the cookies I asked for the free 4 ones, she said she'll check their calendar to see if the promo still runs, came back and said it expired already and I cannot avail the free cookies anymore. I mean.... If only she told me that the moment I asked about the promo then maybe I wouldn't have gone through all those hoops. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ 🤣

Insomnia Cookies has great cookies, but unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the product. We placed an order for cookies, but the staff was not accommodating. They also did not honor the ongoing promotion advertised in the app (buy 12, get 4 free), which was disappointing.🥲 Additionally, we purchased ice cream, which should have come with a free cookie through the app. However, this was also not honored. We were told the promotion had expired, even though the app clearly showed it was still ongoing. Overall, it was frustrating especially after taking the time to to wait 😞 I hope this can be improved, as the cookies themselves are excellent.

Excellent service! I came in with my daughter for the first time and was greeted by a nice lady named Gabi. I explained to her that it was our first time trying cookies from Insomnia and I'm happy to say they were absolutely delicious! Definitely will recommend to everyone!

Will not EVER return to this location again. Came in today at 11:42 am a girl with braids came out and said we don’t open until 12:00 cool I go back to my car and wait. I go in again at 12:01 she comes back out and says “ Just to give you a heads up, I only have classic cookies right now.” I asked when there would be deluxe cookies. She replies in about 12-15 min. I would think that if you are running a business, all items should be baked and ready to sell when the store opens. Not you just putting them in the oven after the store opens. Also the times should be visible on the building and the door should be locked until time for the store to open. I went back in after 12 min and she asks which deluxe did I want. I replied Salted Caramel. I think she just gave me an incompletely baked cookie to rush me along. Thankfully I used a reward and did not spend my money on a cookie not completely baked. Never had an issue with this location until today. Please do better
